We carefully pack each order with doll-loving attention to ensure your treasures arrive safely:

- Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
- Delivery Areas: Worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas)
🔄 Our Returns & Exchanges Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Your item must be:
- In original condition (unused, with all tags attached)
- In original packaging (doll boxes must be undamaged)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
To protect our doll-loving community, we cannot accept returns on:
- Assembled Doll Furniture & Dollhouses (due to disassembly risks)
- Doll Playsets with missing pieces or opened packaging
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Collector’s Edition”
- Custom-made dolls (unless defective)

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Pack your return with doll-like care:
- Use original packaging when possible
- Include all tags and accessories
- Securely seal to prevent damage
- Include order confirmation copy
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item). We recommend trackable shipping.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
After we receive and inspect your return:

- Exchanges: Shipped within 3 business days of return receipt
Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 3-10 additional days to appear in your account.
