📦 Returns & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags attached)
- In the original packaging (doll boxes should be undamaged)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items:
To protect the health and safety of our doll-loving community, we cannot accept returns on:
- Doll Furniture & Dollhouses that have been assembled (due to potential damage during disassembly)
- Doll Playsets with missing pieces or opened packaging
- Any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Collector’s Edition”
Note: Special orders and custom-made dolls may have different return policies which will be specified at purchase.

Step 2: Wait for Our Response
Our Doll Care Team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Any additional information needed
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please pack your return carefully, just as we pack your dolls for shipping:
- Use the original packaging whenever possible
- Include all original tags, certificates, and accessories
- Securely seal the package to prevent damage
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or return authorization
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
- Exchanges: Will be shipped within 3 business days after we receive your return
Note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account (typically 3-10 business days).

If your doll arrives damaged or defective:
